Treatment of Hair Loss

Hello Dear,
Welcome once again to my website, I came around to help some folks treat some issues concerning their loss. Now people believe that maybe it maybe from their gene, medications, mineral deficiency and etc. Up to One third of the world's population have this problem as well and some live with it, while some fight to stop it.

First of all, I will show you the causes of Hair Loss and how you can prevent them, so if you know someone that has this problem or you are the one having this problem, then you are at the right place. Now let's Roll!!!

Causes of Hair Loss
(i)   Limit the use of Hair dryers: Now you might ask why, that it helps in drying the hair, yeah i         know, what helps can also damage as well. Now the reason i mentioned this is because constant drying and heat can lead to brittleness and will weaken the hair glands which causes hair loss

(ii) Cut down on dyes and chemicals: Excess use of hair coloring chemicals elevates the chances of maximum damage being done to the hair. If you do dye your hair, it’s a good idea to use a conditioner after shampooing. When it comes to going gray, it's a lot kinder to your hair to let it turn grey than to dye it.

(iii) Don't bleach your hair: . Bleaching your hair takes away the natural pigment when the cuticles are penetrated by chemicals. By doing this you are changing the structure of your hair.

Now Let's look into how to evade Hair loss and prevent it
You may not have all the money to go for surgery for hair raising, I wouldn't advise that as well but here are simple tips that might help you get pause Hair loss

(i)  Wash hair with a mild shampoo: Hair washing helps in preventing hair loss, meaning it can keep your hair clean (preventing the risk of infections that might cause hair loss). Provided you use a mild shampoo, clean hair will give the impression of more volume than dirty hair, which tends to sit flatter and more parted than clean hair.

(ii) Take vitamins. I guess your mother might have told you they were good for you, but you may not have valued the advice, i once took it the same way but I know that they are good for our hair, too. Add some extra milligrams of these vitamins to your daily regimen:
  • Vitamin A: Vitamin A is an anti-oxidant, which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp. Sweet Potatoes are loaded with beta carotene - rich in Vit A not only promotes a healthy scalp but promotes hair growth.
  • Omega-3: Take Omega-3 fatty acids. Foods rich in Omega-3 are fatty fish, egg yolks, fish eggs (caviar) and milk.
  • Vitamin E: This vitamin stimulates circulation, and good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping your hair follicles productive.
  • B vitamins: The B vitamins help your body produce melanin, which gives hair its healthy color. Melanin also stimulates blood circulation.
and the last but not the least is
(iii)  Use a good hairbrush: Like I said, it is just a simple tip, How you brush your hair can have a big impact on the condition your hair is in. Go for a soft brush made from natural fibers, and don’t brush from the top down, but from the underside out. Be as gentle as you can and never try to pull too hard.
I will advise It’s best to avoid brushing your hair when it’s wet, use a comb instead.

I wish to draw the curtains here by saying good luck as your try this steps, if you want to get more infomation on how to stop hair loss, click here
Goodbye !!!
